Shipping Rates

HobbyXCAM.com provides shipping to virtually any address in the world. To make the shipping rate calculation more convenient for our customers, we have integrated an online solution into our website which automatically calculates all available shipping rates, using different shipping means. Once you drop any items into your shopping cart and proceed to the checkout, you will be asked to enter your e-mail address as well as your country. Afterwards, all shipping rates will be listed up for your convenience.

Shipping rates depend on your delivery location as well as the weight and dimension of the products you have choosen. Each product weight (and dimensions as far as applicable) can be found on the detailed product information page of each item.
 

Return & Refund Policy

We, HobbyXCAM.com,  strive to offer our customers the high-quality products at the best possible prices.  Unfortunately, there can be some cases when you are not completely satisfied with the product you've purchased. We are open to settle these problems and make all possible to do it effectively.


Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please email us the order number & the product condition within 10 days of delivery to obtain an authorization for returns. Please note that unauthorized returns may be refused or disregarded.

If we authorize a return, we will provide you with an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number and instructions for sending the damaged or defective items to us. These damaged/defective items must be returned to us securely packaged and wrapped. HobbyXCAM.com is not responsible for the shipping cost.

Please note that we do not ship "trial" products; we choose not to operate this way. After we received the product, we will examine and test the defective item(s). If we find the defect described in your message, we will ship you a replacement for the defective item(s) via regular first class  mail  only. Otherwise, the original item will be subject to a 15% restocking fee or will be shipped back to you.  No commpensation for shipping costs will be provided for any returning items.

It generally takes about 2-3 weeks to process a return. We recommend that you send your return via a reliable carrier and we are not responsible for lost returns.


Unopened, In Original Packaging and In Good Condition

You may choose to return only unopened items that are in their original packaging and are in good condition, provided you are willing to bear the shipping costs.

Customers returning an unopened item that is in its original packing and in good condition will receive a full refund as HobbyXCAM.com credit on the price of that item.
